Credit Card Payments: - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Delta payments.

Glo Studios Limited Returns Policy: - Any items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in an unsoiled condition and in its original packing. Items returned for refund which are returned because the item or items are not suitable or non faulty after the initial 7 day period will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Claims for damage and shortages must be advised within 7 days from arrival. Please contact Glo Studios Limited before hand if you wish any help with this process.

Glo Studios Limited Carriage Policy: - Delivery - Subject to your payment being authorised, we will despatch all in stock orders received up to 5.p.m. will be despatched within 48hrs. Please allow up to 28 days for items that are out of stock when order placed.

Delivery International Customers: - All orders will be sent by International Postal service or via an International Courier Service

Legal: - The contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland and the parties hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, notwithstanding our right to take proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction.
