 | Your Naturasun experience |
|
| Your session at one of our salons: so now you want to experience Naturasun? |
| Call your nearest salon to book your session. Please contact your local Naturasun office for details. Airbrush system applications take around 15-20 minutes and the booth takes 3 - 4 minutes for a full body tan. | | On arrival you will have an initial consultation to establish your tanning requirements. | | Your treatment will be
carried out by certified Naturasun operator. | | The all over application, depending on the spray, will give you an initial bronze look from the colour guide, although the tan will develop for a further 12 hours into a gorgeous, natural glow. |
|
| The Natural Choice |
| No streaks or orange patches often associated with rub on tan, just a smooth, silky, just off the beach look. | | No risk, Naturasun eliminates all exposure to UV (and the booth is now even faster than a sunbed). | | Convenient for busy people on the go (each session takes either 15-20min or 3 minutes with the booth). | | Affordable luxury; look gorgeous and feel great, one of life’s pleasures you shouldn’t do without. | | This is a personal treatment tailored to your individual needs. Remember, no two people are the same. | | We have a product range to suit all skin types, (link to sunspray section) ensuring the most natural tone every time. |

 | Preparation & Tips |
|
| PREPARATION: |
| It’s best to exfoliate the night before your Naturasun appointment (not on the day of application). This will remove dead skin and provide a new, smooth surface for your Naturasun. Exfoliating helps to promote an even coverage and lengthens the duration of the tan. | | It is best to shave/wax at least 8 hours before your tanning appointment. | | Avoid wearing make-up and moisturiser on the face as this acts as a barrier to the spray and stops the process from being fully completed, reducing the quality of the application. | | Naturasun has no SPF against the sun (although we are developing one – watch this space!) | | Refrain from eyelash tinting 12 hours before and after a tanning appointment as the peroxide reacts with the DHA. | | If the salon does not purchase paper underwear from Naturasun, we recommend you wear dark underwear and loose clothing. | | Deodorant should be avoided immediately prior to your tanning appointment as this may be temporarily discoloured by the DHA. |
|
| Salons: We recommend that a checklist with the above points are left at the reception so when the client phones to make an appointment, whoever answers the phone can discuss with the client what they need to do before the appointment for best results |
| TIPS: |
| Avoid moisturiser as this acts as a barrier, use facial wipes in the salon (without added moisturisers). | | Do not apply moisturiser or foundation until after your post-tanning shower, as you will be touching a freshly sprayed face. | | Wipe off any deodorant, as many react to DHA in the sunspray and will turn green. | | Ensure you wear a shower cap or headband, as stray hairs can smear your tan. Naturasun will not discolour your hair, though regular users may experience a build-up of product in the hair. | | Complete the client profile sheet provided by the salon. |

What should I wear? We recommend that you wear dark loose fitting clothing. Naturasun washes out of most clothing very easily but tends to stain nylon and lycra materials, therefore dark coloured underwear is recommended. Be careful after your tanning appointment of wearing long boots as these can make your tan patchy on your legs. |
| |
When should I wash off the Naturasun? Wait at least 12 hours before washing the tan off; you need to allow enough time for the reaction to take place. |
